ProShot ("we", "the app") is a mobile application that generates professional-style portrait photos using AI. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
Photos you upload. When you generate a portrait, your photo is sent to our server and to a third-party AI image generation provider (Alibaba Cloud DashScope). The photo is used only to produce your result and is not retained longer than needed to deliver the response.
Optional profile data. If you enter height and weight to improve body proportions, these values are stored locally on your device and sent with each generation request so the AI can render your build more accurately. We do not link this data to your identity.
Anonymous device identifier. A random ID generated on first launch is stored locally and sent with each request so we can track your free quota and purchased packs. It cannot be used to identify you personally.
Purchase history. When you buy a pack of generations, we store the purchase count on our server tied to your anonymous device ID.
What we do NOT collect
Your name, email, phone number, or contact list.
Your precise location or GPS data.
Photos from your gallery other than the ones you explicitly select.
Any personally identifiable information.
Third parties
Alibaba Cloud DashScope — AI image generation. Photos you submit are processed by their model. See their privacy policy.
Uploaded photos are deleted from our server after the generated result is delivered (typically within minutes). Generation counters and purchase state are kept while your device ID remains active.
Your rights
Since we do not collect personal identifiers, we cannot look up "your account" — data is tied only to your device. To delete all associated data, uninstall the app. To request deletion of server-side purchase records for a specific device ID, contact us with that ID.
Children
The app is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top will change accordingly.
